Project Manager New Business en Innovation

The New Business and Innovation (NB&I) department is responsible for new business initiatives, innovation and marketing for both divisions of Euro Pool Group, EPS and LPR.

The department develops and leads the company wide new business and innovation strategy on an ongoing basis. We do this in order to ensure and sustain Euro Pool Group’s competitive advantage by introducing new initiatives (products, services, industries etc.) related to the trends impacting our businesses.

Next to a continuous focus on improving our current assets and business processes we work on various innovation projects together with internal and external partners in areas such as the Internet of Things, Data Science, Blockchain, Online Retail, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence.

Euro Pool Group is a hands on organization that operates in a dynamic environment where the fast pace of technological change can have a radical impact on our businesses. This presents new opportunities both in and close to the current core business as well as in completely new areas.

A number of high priority and strategic projects are running in a number of innovation programs. To manage these, we are looking for a Project Manager New Business and Innovation.

The Project Manager New Business and Innovation (PM NB&I) will be responsible for coordinating the successful execution of these high priority, strategic projects. Projects tend to be complex, under time pressure, can require change in people and processes and require cross-departmental coordination.

For these projects, the PM NB&I will take ownership and gather the project team, outline the key goals to be achieved, the plan to achieve them, and will then oversee successful delivery of the results with internal and external resources.
